Want to feel good about yourself? Then Pilates may be the answer for you.
It strengthens and tones the body and improves posture; it can also increase flexibility and reduce stress and anxiety.
Pilates is an activity for all ages – you can have fun and enjoy yourself and don’t need to have tried it before, as all levels and abilities are catered for.
Classes are held on Tuesdays at 10am in the Community Centre and cost £5 per session or £24 for a six-week block.
